Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Lead - Assembly to coordinate day-to-day operations for a small team. You will assign, monitor and review work, provide technical guidance on complex issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing, proficiency with D365/AX, and ability to read blueprints and use common tools. On-site facility with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in D365, AX and other systems.
• Ability to use tools to make or repair parts and products.
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints or standard work.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Work in a team environment to assemble products.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work schedules, assigns works, and oversees the work product.
• Reviews work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisition, equipment, and supplies for section.
• Reviews and compile operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
