Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master’s in mechanical/electrical/automation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong health, safety, ergonomics and industrial risk awareness.
• Solid background in assembly techniques and industrial equipment.
• Safety- and ergonomics-focused mindset.
• External candidates: Tier 1 automotive supplier experience.
• Internal candidates: 3+ years in a related senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Assembly team and manage daily activities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support new employees.
• Develop team competency levels aligned with project needs.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the team.
• Ensure 100% equipment validation before transfer and plant buy-off.
• Consolidate project knowledge into best practices and standards.
