You will act as a liaison between Associates and Shift Lead/supervisor, coaching performance and addressing production issues with support.

The role covers assembling products, monitoring equipment and staffing, maintaining clean work areas, and following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years site production experience.
• Basic computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates, coordinate workflow and production schedules.
• Coach associates on performance, safety, and quality issues.
• Assemble product and inspect visual/functional aspects.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow site procedures.
• Monitor inventory and staffing as needed.
