Job summary

Maven Wise, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Production to oversee a team of product assemblers for a micro-controller medical device manufacturer. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to documented procedures as you drive production targets.

You will lead capacity planning, daily management, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with engineering, planning, QA and R&D to keep lines operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with experience.
• Lean production environment and medical device experience preferred.
• Lead role coordinating with engineering, planning, QA and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product builders, ensuring safety and area security.
• Ensure work is performed per procedures, quality and compliance standards.
• Set schedules to meet production targets and communicate needs to management.
• Act as escalation point for production troubleshooting to avoid line down situations.
• Analyze and drive productivity, WIP and yield via Continuous Improvement methods.
• Prepare production reports for management and present at meetings.
• Coach new employees, create training plans and verify certifications.
• Set performance objectives and manage performance with appraisals and policy adherence.
