Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience reading drawings and work instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach others.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hands-on coach for production team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Reinforce standard work practices and operating procedures.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Assist team members in developing technical and problem-solving skills.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Support daily production schedules and priorities.
• Assist with work assignments and workload balancing.
• Remove obstacles that impact team performance.
• Monitor progress toward safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Lead by example through active participation in assembly activities.
• Promote a culture of safety first.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions.
• Verify quality requirements are consistently followed.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Reinforce workmanship standards throughout the team.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist with implementing process improvements.
• Support development and maintenance of standard work.
