Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills to record information.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies per work instructions and drawings.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Review blueprints and manufacturing docs for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks throughout assembly.
• Record production information in computer systems.
• Support material movement and product flow in production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Identify and communicate quality or safety concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement and workplace organization.
