Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complex sub-assembly and final assembly per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the process.
• Mentor and cross-train assemblers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Read schematics, blueprints and wiring diagrams for component assembly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas.
• Lead training and workflow within assigned cells.
