You will promote safety, quality, and productivity, coach team members, support onboarding, and help develop future leaders in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience reading drawings and work instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach others.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead as hands-on coach for production team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Reinforce standard work practices and operating procedures.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Assist team members in developing technical and problem-solving skills.
