Regal Rexnord, Thomson Power Systems, is expanding a new facility near Arlington, TX, and seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing activities, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with Plant Manager and leaders to achieve SQDC results and drive growth for the site.

The role emphasizes leading value streams, developing long-term improvements, and ensuring delivery targets with a focus on safety and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Exposure to EngineertoOrder/ConfiguretoOrder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture compliant with OSHA/EPA.
• Develop and execute long-term value stream improvements.
• Conduct daily accountability meetings and review performance metrics.
• Lead kaizen events to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and spending to support site goals.
• Communicate production metrics to site leadership.
