Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paving or asphalt construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of asphalt paving methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead paving crews and supervise daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation to estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to meet quality standards and work plans.
• Coordinate schedules, trucking, and subcontractors for efficient workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations (OSHA) and promote a culture of Safe First.
• Prepare change orders and monitor daily reports and productivity.
• Communicate with sales, scheduling, management, crews, subcontractors, and clients on-site.
