Magnum Paving Buyer LLC is seeking a Luteman/Asphalt Raker to support asphalt application on highways, driveways, and parking areas. The role requires experience with paving procedures and teamwork to meet daily estimates and project specs.

You will prepare surfaces, distribute and rake asphalt, and finish by smoothing and tamping to the correct grade. A strong safety mindset is essential for this hourly position.

Qualifications

• This position is not entry-level and requires demonstrable asphalt paving experience.
• Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow employees.
• 1–3 years or more of industry-related experience, with emphasis on paving.

Responsabilités

• Understand and execute paving procedures to meet project standards.
• Ensure safety and traffic precautions for the finished product.
• Prepare road surfaces for hot asphalt material.
• Distribute and rake asphalt material for construction, repair, and resurfacing.
• Finish surfaces by smoothing and compacting asphalt to proper grade and thickness.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safety-first attitude and professional conduct at all times.
