Job summary

Byrne & Jones Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects through pre-construction to completion. You will estimate, plan, and manage asphalt paving projects while maintaining client relationships and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of asphalt paving estimating and/or project management experience.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs and bid documents to determine project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for asphalt, aggregates, labor, and equipment.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage change orders.
