You will prepare detailed estimates, develop plans, analyze costs, and coordinate field activities. 5+ years in asphalt with cost-control and reading plans are preferred; proficiency in Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of asphalt experience.
• Expertise in construction estimating and cost control.
• Ability to read plans and Takeoff experience.
• Proven track record in project management within the industry.
• Efficient in Excel.
