Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to guide complex ASIC/SOC development across pre- and post-silicon phases for satellites and ground equipment. This role interfaces with hardware, software and firmware teams to ensure design goals, schedules and budgets are met in a challenging, field-building environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of ASIC development experience (RTL, Verification, Validation, or Product/Test Engineering).
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 7+ years of working directly with ASIC engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to create project execution plans for ASIC/SOC development.
• Define ASIC bring-up readiness and test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure ASIC/SOC development meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-off recommendations, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate with Architecture, hardware, software, firmware, packaging and PCB teams on deliverables.
• Liaise with external IP, Fabs, OSAT silicon services and partners to complete projects on time.
