Job summary

Amazon LEO seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager in Austin, TX to lead complex ASIC/SOC development across pre- and post-silicon lifecycle.

You will partner with engineering, software, and product teams to deliver high-performance satellite and ground equipment solutions, navigating schedules, costs, and quality metrics. The role requires deep PM experience with ASICs/SOCs, broad engineering collaboration, and familiarity with hardware/software integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• 7+ years of working directly with ASIC engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ASIC/SOC leaders to create project execution plans for development.
• Define bring-up readiness and test plans with ASIC, communications, EE, and software teams.
• Ensure schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met with product/program management.
• Drive engineering execution, make technical trade-offs, report status, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate with Architecture, hardware, software, firmware, packaging and PCB teams on deliverables.
• Work with external IP, fabs, OSAT to complete project execution on time.
