Formación

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of related food service experience working in Asian cuisine; substitutes: more education for experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cook for Asian cuisine; supervise and coordinate daily kitchen production with junior staff.
• Ensure quality, proper portioning, sanitation, and safety standards across all dishes.
• Coordinate with Chef Manager on menu development, production planning, and staff scheduling.
