Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Hazleton, PA is seeking an Aseptic- Production Operator II to ensure safe, efficient aseptic manufacturing. You will operate and troubleshoot aseptic block equipment, maintain sterility, and guide junior operators while adhering to cGMP and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years – experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2 years – experience in the position
• Experience operating aseptic machines

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic block equipment (blowmolder, filler) per SOPs and cGMP
• Monitor CCPs via HMI to maintain sterility of final product
• Maintain aseptic production knowledge: microbiology, pH, low/high acid products
• Perform routine equipment maintenance (CIL) under supervision
• Document production activities in logs and reports using Presage/Infinity
• Follow safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and report hazards
• Adhere to Niagara’s Quality Systems and regulatory requirements
• Communicate issues clearly and work with supervisors and teams
