Niagara Bottling, LLC in Hazleton, PA is seeking Team Members for a Hotfill- Production Operator II to support the production floor while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in line with Niagara’s standards.

You will perform hourly quality and production reporting, inspect products for conformity, and escalate defects to shift leadership. The role emphasizes GMP adherence, housekeeping, material readiness, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in field/manufacturing is not required but preferred depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports.
• Inspect product visually to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Report defects to shift leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and related zones.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Be capable of working across assigned production areas and assist with relief duties.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule as required.
