Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Aseptic Production Operator II to ensure safe, efficient aseptic manufacturing of beverages. You will focus on aseptic block equipment (blowmolder, filler) and provide guidance to junior operators, maintaining sterility and quality.

You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, document production activities, and adhere to cGMP and safety policies while working a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Technical High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in a field/manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position.
• Experience operating aseptic machines.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Preferred: 6 years in field and 2 years in position; 2 years managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute aseptic manufacturing per SOPs and cGMP, operating blowmolder, filler, and related equipment.
• Monitor CCPs via HMI to keep product sterility; address contamination risks with supervisors and QA.
• Operate and troubleshoot filling/blow molding machines, sterilizers, and filtration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance (CIL) under Maintenance Technician supervision.
• Follow QC procedures for in-process checks, sampling, inspections, and report results.
• Maintain a safe workplace; follow LOTO, PPE, and safety training; report hazards.
• Document production activities in logs and reports using Presage and Infinity.
• Use Oracle/MES or current order management systems.
• Communicate issues clearly; ensure attendance and 12-hour rotating shifts.
