Job summary

Kids for the Future in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Lead Arts Manager to deliver CARE curriculum during the school day and oversee the CARE After 3 program serving about 36 students. The role includes direct instruction, supervising hourly OST staff, and ensuring a trauma-informed, arts-integrated education aligned with CPH pedagogy.

You will collaborate with education leaders, support enrollment and family engagement, communicate with school staff, and participate in trainings to maintain program

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or facilitating arts education, youth development, OST, theatre education, or school-based programming.
• Ability to work with children, families, educators, and community partners.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CARE curriculum during the school day (~14 hours per week).
• Facilitate CARE After 3 programming (~15 hours per week).
• Lead OST program serving ~36+ students.
• Supervise hourly OST staff and coordinate daily staffing needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, families, and partners.
• Communicate regularly with principals and school staff on schedules and needs.
• Support enrollment, attendance, retention, family engagement, and student participation.
• Maintain attendance, fidelity, communication, and program documentation.
• Implement trauma-informed, culturally responsive, arts-integrated programming aligned with CPH pedagogy.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional learning, site visits, and trainings.
• Collaborate with education leadership to support program quality and compliance.
