Job summary

Muse Paintbar in Atlanta, GA seeks an enthusiastic Art Instructor to lead two-hour painting sessions, guide attendees, and ensure a fun, safe experience. You’ll manage setup, host the event, and assist with food and drink needs at the bar while keeping the clock on track.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of painting experience, the ability to engage a crowd, and strong communication. A related art degree is preferred, with flexible evenings and weekends expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on painting experience, acrylics preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading a group preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, punctuality, and a real service instinct.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Muse signature paintings to guidelines and hang the approved master above the stage.
• Lead the session start to finish, keeping the room engaged and the clock on track.
• Support painting sessions with step-by-step guidance and assist with orders.
• Break down and clean up after the session to reset the studio for the next activity.
• Greet guests, seat them, hand out aprons and manage food/drink needs at the bar.
