Job summary

Muse Paintbar is hiring an Art Instructor in Nashville to lead two-hour painting sessions in a friendly, high-energy environment. You’ll prep canvases, guide participants step-by-step, and ensure a fun, safe experience while maintaining the studio’s standards.

Requirements include 2+ years painting experience, customer-facing skills, and the ability to handle mic and sound systems in a dynamic space. Flexible part-time schedule and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on painting experience, acrylics preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading a group preferred.
• Strong communication, punctuality and service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hang Muse signature paintings before each session.
• Lead session from start to finish, keep room engaged and on time.
• Assist with step-by-step guidance and attendee engagement.
• Greet guests, seat them, and manage aprons and seating arrangements.
• Take food and drink orders and coordinate with bar/tac tableside service.
• Capture photos during sessions for social media.
• Break down and clean studio after sessions.
