Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design School.

Responsibilities

• Lead design studies and develop schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior staff and manage day-to-day project tasks.
• Prepare and review construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead client presentations and site meetings as project leader.
