The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in healthcare architecture, SACAP registration, and strong knowledge of infection control, medical workflows, and Revit BIM.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with SACAP is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a significant specialization in healthcare architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in designing hospitals, clinics, or other complex healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare planning, infection control principles, and medical workflows.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Revit for BIM in healthcare projects.
• Excellent understanding of relevant South African building regulations and healthcare facility guidelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in the Eastern Cape region is an advantage.
