Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Greenville, SC, seeks a Senior Architect to lead planning, design, and execution of facility projects across biotech, pharmaceutical, and industrial manufacturing sectors. The role requires a licensed architect (NCARB) with 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Revit/BIM, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring codes and client goals are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience in industrial, manufacturing, or life sciences facilities.
• Registration as Architect with NCARB; license(s) may be required by jurisdiction.
• NAAB-accredited architecture degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Serve as the architectural discipline lead on major capital projects.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables.
• Develop preliminary construction cost estimates and track changes.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate architectural deliverables with multiple engineering disciplines.
• Present project designs to leadership and clients for review.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality to ensure project success.
