Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a Registered Architect with leadership to plan, design, and execute complex facility projects across biotech, pharma, specialty chemicals, and industrial sectors. You will guide an architectural team, ensure constructability, and integrate with multidisciplinary engineering groups to deliver client-focused solutions.

You will drive design quality, manage budgets and schedules, and lead senior reviews, with a strong emphasis on safety, codes, and practical

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited university.
Registration as Architect with the NCARB required.
10+ years of architectural experience, with focus on industrial/manufacturing/life sciences facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and execution on major capital projects and complex facility designs.
Review and approve architectural deliverables and prepare professional service estimates.
Coordinate architectural deliverables with multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
Develop preliminary construction cost estimates and evaluate design alternatives.
Mentor staff, lead teams, and communicate with clients and Leaders for design review.
