Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited university.
• Registration as an Architect with NCARB (required).
• 10+ years of architectural experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure quality deliverables and maintain schedule.
• Review and approve all architectural deliverables and cost estimates.
• Develop design criteria, scope, and cost studies in line with codes and client requirements.
• Plan, organize, and communicate the project plan to client and leadership.
• Mentor staff and participate in professional development.
