Responsibilities

• Present project design to Leaders for review and make recommendations to meet their needs.
• Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and recommend acceptance of construction work.
• Review building plans and site designs for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and accessibility requirements.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.
• Research, plan, design and supervise construction of building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
