Job summary

Dream Property Development & Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure projected designs meet requirements and are functional, safe and economical, while delivering innovative solutions.

This role involves controlling a project from start to finish, collaborating with surveyors and engineers, and advising on restoration of historic properties. The position is in-person at our site.

Qualifications

• ARB qualified.
• Proficient with CAD and modelling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, VectorWorks, SketchUp, Rhino).
• Proficient with 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Blender, Twinmotion).
• Solid knowledge of modern construction materials and architectural principles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand requirements, budget and preferences.
• Develop layouts and designs using CAD tools and sketches.
• Source materials, finishes and fixtures meeting project needs and budget.
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians and engineers for integration.
• Ensure safety standards, durability and quality; manage timelines and budgets.
