Job summary

Design Principle is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our studio on a full-time basis. You will oversee the pre-construction to implementation of our architecture and interior projects.

You will be highly motivated with strong design and detailing skills, and experience in construction and finishing work. You will lead architectural and interior design tasks, prepare planning applications, estimate project costs, and manage documentation through to completion, collaborating

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture and at least 3 years of design and implementation experience.
• Fluent in Maltese and/or English.
• Experience in preparing project documentation and detailing including drawings and BOQs.
• Manage personal workflow to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Capable of working within a team and independently.
• Ability to deliver under the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own personal transport.
