• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional architectural design experience.
• Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with commercial projects in Multi-Family / Multi-Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from Concept to Construction Administration.
• Develop architectural designs, models, and documents using Revit, CAD, BIM tools.
• Collaborate with internal design teams and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues.

This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
• Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools
• Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions
• Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues
• Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets
• Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program
• 5+ years of professional architectural design experience
• Registered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensure
• Commercial project experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets: Multi‑Family / Multi‑Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills
• Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with technical precision
