Coordinate and supervise all phases of architectural projects from schematic through construction documents and administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all out‑of‑office consultants (architects, engineers and designers).
  • Project management of all plan creation and revisions.
  • Create and maintain all exterior finish specifications and details.
  • Maintain plan library allowing access to team members and subcontractors for bidding.
  • Assist permitting with tracking document submission for permitting (e.g., truss engineering, plot plans and energy calculations).
  • Ensure plans and structural engineering conform to the latest building codes and practices.
  • Liaison between division and municipalities and approving authority for all architectural reviews.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
