Job Details
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a strong portfolio of completed projects, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As a Project Architect you will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
2. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
3. Design Development: Lead the design process, create and present design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and specifications.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and successful outcomes.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
3. Licensure: Registered Architect (AIA) preferred; must be eligible for licensure.
4. Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
5. Attributes: Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
