Job summary

SHI is seeking a Principal Architect to lead multi-disciplinary data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI programs. You will coordinate capability leads, define unified delivery plans, and own the delivery approach across disciplines.

This is a senior, billable-capable role with a focus on scalable, repeatable practice standards. The candidate will drive delivery excellence, mentor architects, and apply AI tooling to improve speed, quality and outcomes for large engagements across SHI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
Ten or more years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
Expert-level depth in one data discipline with working proficiency across others.
Demonstrated experience taking a practice capability from assessment to standard adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery approach on large, multi-disciplinary engagements spanning data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI.
Orchestrate a unified solution approach across capability leads with clear sequencing and shared standards.
Own delivery approach across disciplines, address risks, and ensure coherence across workstreams.
Coach architects and consultants, influence cross-practice priorities, and scale the delivery model.
