Capgemini in the United States is seeking a seasoned Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise integrations.

You will define architecture, guide development teams, ensure secure, scalable, high-performing systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
• Design multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and enterprise integrations.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable agent frameworks using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Lead the development of LLM-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic.
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, knowledge retrieval architectures.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, security controls, and Responsible AI practices.
• Design integration patterns with CRM, ERP, APIs, data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
