Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Technologist to lead AI-native telecommunications solutions for next‑gen networks.

You will own end‑to‑end technical execution across co-design engagements, ecosystem partner integrations, and innovation incubation programs, translating 6G and AI strategy into deployed architectures and measurable outcomes. You will co-design with customer teams, lead PoC delivery, and scale prototypes into production offerings on AWS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud, networks, security, data and analytics.
• Experience communicating roadmaps and IT transformations to executive audiences (C-level).
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end technology roadmaps guiding cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of AI-native network co-design with Tier-1 operators from concept to production.
• Own architecture and delivery of RAN AI and AI control plane solutions with AWS teams.
• Drive NTN architecture and integration with terrestrial and direct-to-device channels.
• Manage crowdsourced innovation programs (hackathons, challenges) to accelerate 6G and AI ecosystem.
• Represent AWS in industry forums and standards bodies to advance AI-native networks.
