Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Archaeology or Anthropology or above.
• Intermediate knowledge of artifact identification, regional culture history, field methodologies, soils and stratigraphy.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small crews of Archaeological Technicians during field projects.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.
• Participate in pre-task planning and report safety issues to management.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Supervise field crews during data collection.
• Maintain field equipment and supplies.
• Assist Archaeologist with background research.
• Help write simple technical reports under supervision.
• Help find field personnel for specific projects.
