Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Sonoma, CA to lead a tree care crew and perform arboriculture services safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes developing team performance and productivity, with on-the-job coaching and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensuring crew members are trained for each job assignment and that work meets industry and company standards.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships while promoting a passion for nature and the outdoors.
