Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Tucker, GA seeks an Arborist Crew Leader to head a tree care crew, performing services safely and efficiently while mentoring teammates.

You will supervise pruning, cabling, rigging, removals, operate tools, and ensure work meets industry and company standards; requires 3+ years climbing and a valid license; strong client communication; opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude and team orientation.
• Experience supervising arboriculture crews and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture.
• Pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintaining and operating tools and equipment.
• Supervising crews and training for each job assignment.
• Ensuring work meets industry and company standards.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
• Working with Arborist Representative and Local Manager guidance.
