Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew in Tucker, GA. You will focus on tree climbing and assist Arborist Crew Leaders with residential and commercial properties.

The position emphasizes safety, learning, and advancement, with company-provided uniforms and PPE, training opportunities, and potential license pay increases. A Class B CDL is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Outdoor work year-round in all weather conditions is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks including pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Follow all safety rules and company safety policies and contribute to a safety-first culture.
