Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Cincinnati, OH to lead a tree care crew and perform services safely and efficiently. You will supervise pruning, cabling, rigging, removals, and equipment operation while guiding teammates on job sites.

The role requires at least 3 years of climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid license, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude. The position offers a field-based, full‑time schedule with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Safety-first mindset and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals, and operating equipment.
Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
Ensuring crew members are trained appropriately for each job assignment.
Ensuring work is performed according to industry and company standards.
Communicating with clients and building relationships.
