Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Cincinnati, OH who will lead a tree care crew to perform all arboriculture tasks safely and efficiently. You will supervise crews, train team members, and ensure work adheres to industry standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and continued professional development within Bartlett's network of laboratories and training resources.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation.
• Lead, supervise, and train crews for designated jobs.
• Ensure work meets industry and Bartlett standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships on site.
