Job summary

You will act as the primary technical consultant across the territory, conduct field assessments, evaluate water chemistry, and design automated delivery systems while traveling daily to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 3+ years of technical B2B sales or consultative engineering experience.
- Industrial water treatment chemistry and systems knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within SE Minnesota.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical consultant and Territory Manager across SE Minnesota.
- Perform field assessments for plants and facilities.
- Design and specify custom chemical delivery and water treatment systems.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to upgrade systems.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Travel daily to customer sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize equipment configurations.
