Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 3+ years of technical B2B sales or consultative engineering experience.
- Industrial water treatment knowledge and related systems experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding technical sales goals.
- Willingness for regional travel within SE Minnesota.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder residing in Rochester, MN area.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical consultant and Territory Manager across SE Minnesota.
- Conduct field assessments for plants and industrial facilities.
- Evaluate water chemistry, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.
- Design automated chemical delivery and water treatment systems.
- Guide full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth.
- Travel daily to client sites and collaborate with internal teams.
- Work with applications staff to optimize equipment configurations.
