Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical lead experience.
• Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of application developers and technical professionals.
• Establish performance expectations and support growth through regular feedback.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and resource planning to support business objectives.
• Actively participate in software design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for enhancements and modernization.
• Review code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist teams with problem resolution.
• Evaluate technologies and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead application development through all phases of SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee project execution, scope, scheduling, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, and scalability of apps.
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management to ensure service reliability.
• Partner with Operations, Security, and Support teams to drive excellence.
