Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical lead experience.
• Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development team through design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and support with a focus on quality and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for modernization initiatives and new features.
• Oversee SDLC delivery, align with business stakeholders, and ensure secure, reliable, scalable applications.
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to minimize disruption and drive improvements.
• Drive operational excellence, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement across production environments.
