The supervisor will manage internal and external resources, oversee lifecycle management, and drive cross-functional projects to meet performance, budgets, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience leading full-cycle application development projects with budget responsibility.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile environments.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional IT teams.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the software and application development team, providing technical direction and day-to-day guidance.
• Manage multiple application-related projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Partner with business units to understand operational needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle—from design to deployment and ongoing support.
• Review and approve designs, code changes, and enhancements to ensure quality and standards.
• Support enterprise systems, including SAP, and manage related integrations.
• Ensure performance, security, reliability, and compliance across applications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Continuously evaluate applications and processes for improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
