Lead Applications Analyst – SAP SD/Order Management

The Lead Applications Analyst will define, develop, and support SAP SD/Order Management applications and integrations at FBIN. Responsibilities include maintaining SAP Order Management systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Position location – Hybrid (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Deerfield, IL.

What you will be doing

• Lead SAP ECC IT activities with a focus on SD module, including hands-on development with ABAP.
• Optimize order-to-cash processes leveraging SAP ECC investments, prioritizing standard solutions.
• Support and maintain SD module, processes, and capabilities.
• Provide system and application support, user management, and training.
• Implement system changes, enhancements, and support production needs.
• Translate business needs into effective reports.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy system configurations and workflows.
• Improve internal processes through analysis and collaboration.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems issues.
• Follow IT governance, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with external resources and manage priorities.

Requirements include:

• 7+ years SAP order-to-cash process experience, including downstream integrations.
• 5+ years SAP SD module experience within Order to Cash.
• Proficiency in SD configuration: order management, pricing, master data, listings/exclusions, availability checks, intercompany setups, third-party processing, and SAP IMG.
• Knowledge in ABAP development, user-exits, debugging, SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, RFCs, WSDLs, and external services.
• Successful SAP ECC implementation project experience, preferably with Agile.
• Experience with SAP SD integrations (CRM, EDI, logistics) is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with offshore experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SAP FICO, S/4HANA, or Fiori is a plus.

Salary range: $90,000 - $143,000 USD, with potential bonuses or incentives. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and Employee Resource Groups.
