Lead Applications Analyst – SAP SD/Order Management

The Lead Applications Analyst will define, develop, and support SAP SD/Order Management applications and integrations at FBIN. Responsibilities include maintaining SAP Order Management systems, supporting processes, and implementing enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Position location: Hybrid (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Deerfield, IL.

What you will be doing

• Lead SAP ECC IT analyst with hands-on development, primarily focusing on the SD module.
• Optimize order-to-cash processes leveraging SAP ECC investments, emphasizing standard solutions.
• Manage support and maintenance of SD module, processes, and capabilities.
• Provide system and application support, including user management and training.
• Implement system changes, enhancements, and support production deployments.
• Translate business needs into effective reports and system configurations.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy system modifications and workflows.
• Promote process improvements through analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support upgrades, patching, and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
• Follow IT governance and preferably work within Agile methodologies.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with external resources and manage priorities.

Minimum qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with SAP order-to-cash processes and integrations, including financial systems.
• 5+ years’ experience with SAP SD module within the Order to Cash process.
• Proficient in SD module configuration: order management, pricing, master data, listings/exclusions, availability checks, intercompany setups, third-party processing, and IMG configurations.
• Good understanding of ABAP development, user-exits, debugging, SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, RFCs, and external service calls.
• Proven track record in SAP ECC implementation projects, preferably using Agile.
• Experience with SAP SD integrations with CRM, EDI, or logistics tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and managing offshore teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, or Fiori is advantageous.

Salary range: $90,000 - $143,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusivity programs, and more.
