The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Computer Science and 5+ years of related experience, with certifications in some areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required or desired.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications for outages and respond to alerts.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain service levels and oversee SLAs with end users and vendors.
• Manage and implement changes, updates, and patches in production environments.
• Tune configurations and optimize performance across applications and infrastructure.
